According to Faerylia’s interpretation of the Primordial Codex, those weapons would allow them to seal the Deities and win their freedom. The Fire King's title was passed down hereditarily. The weapon and the key to the Forge City are then entrusted to the younger heir. The last heir and his son Aidan sacrificed themselves against the fire corruption of Hadeïr.
